Als je je aanmeldt voor de gastenlijst, verwerken we:
Daarnaast verwerkt onze hostingpartij technische gegevens zoals je IP-adres in serverlogs, om de website veilig en bereikbaar te houden.
We gebruiken je gegevens alleen om je te informeren over de launch van Crowd Code, je early access te geven en contact met je op te nemen over een intro. De grondslag is je toestemming: je meldt je zelf aan en kunt je altijd weer afmelden.
Aanmeldingen worden opgeslagen in Google Sheets (Google), dat voor ons als verwerker optreedt. De website wordt gehost door TransIP in Nederland. We verkopen je gegevens niet en delen ze niet met andere partijen voor hun eigen doeleinden.
We bewaren je aanmelding tot uiterlijk 12 maanden na de publieke launch, of korter als je je eerder afmeldt.
De website onthoudt in je browser je taalkeuze en je cookiekeuze. Analytische en marketingcookies (zoals Google Analytics en Meta Pixel) worden alleen geplaatst als je daar in de cookiemelding toestemming voor geeft. Voor lettertypes en animaties laadt de website bestanden van Google Fonts en jsDelivr; daarbij ontvangen die diensten je IP-adres.
Je hebt het recht om je gegevens in te zien, te laten corrigeren of verwijderen, en om bezwaar te maken of je toestemming in te trekken. Stuur daarvoor een mail naar info@crowdcode.nl. We reageren binnen vier weken. Ben je het niet eens met hoe we met je gegevens omgaan, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We only use your data to tell you about the Crowd Code launch, give you early access and get in touch about an intro. The legal basis is your consent: you sign up yourself and can opt out at any time.
Sign-ups are stored in Google Sheets (Google), which acts as our processor. The website is hosted by TransIP in the Netherlands. We don't sell your data or share it with other parties for their own purposes.
We keep your sign-up for up to 12 months after the public launch, or shorter if you opt out earlier.
The website remembers your language and cookie choice in your browser. Analytics and marketing cookies (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) are only set if you agree in the cookie notice. You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object, and to withdraw your consent. Email info@crowdcode.nl and we'll respond within four weeks. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
